Family Academy Night for Families with School-aged Children

organized by

Side by Side Parent Academy.

a nonprofit organization serving public education in Laurel, Maryland 

Side-by-Side Parent Academy is a grassroots educational organization in Prince George's County whose mission is to motivate and train parents to participate in school activities and assist their school-age children with their homework and overall education.

When: thursday, September 24, 2009, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.

Where: Deerfield Run Elementary School (http://www.pgcps.pg.k12.md.us/~deer/, 1300 Laurel Bowie Road (Route 127), Laurel, MD 20708-2136. Sessions will be conducted in English and Spanish.

Registration: This event is free of charge. You may register on this website or call 301-725-8179 or in your child's school.

Future dates for Family Academy Nights: Evenings of Thursday, october 15, Thursday, November 5, Thursday, and December 3, 2009.
