A confirmation will be immediately sent to the email address you entered into the orientation registration system.
PRINT THE TICKET AND BRING IT WITH YOU TO ORIENTATION.
Orientation will last about one hour and a half.
Please bring a photo ID and a pen or pencil, and check-in at the Lobby at the Shelby County Campus.
Immediately following the orientation, you will be given the option to take our placement (COMPASS) exam. The exam will take approximately two hours, or you can reserve a seat for testing at a later date. You are allowed to bring a calculator to the Compass exam. (Note: If you have taken the ACT or SAT, your scores might qualify you for an exemption to the COMPASS. To see if you qualify for an exemption, please bring your scores to orientation.)
Once testing has been completed or SAT/ACT scores confirmed, students will have the option to meet with an advisor to register for the upcoming semester.
Parents are welcome to attend. Please make other arrangements for childcare.
