Are you interested in developing a business plan for your nonprofit organization?

A business plan is a  written document that demonstrates persuasively that your organization is viable and can accomplish its objectives. It shows the What, When, Where, Why, and How and Who will accomplish those objectives.

The three primary reasons for writing a business plan are:

     1.   To aid your organization in determining the  feasibility of  its nonprofit service idea

     2.   To attract other people’s interest in becoming involved

     3.   To provide direction to your organization once it is in  operation—a roadmap

This workshop with dissect and discuss the elements of a business plan to include:

Organization Description

*   Marketing Factors
