Immerse yourself in yoga as the fall begins
Fall can be a wonderful time to renew your practice before the Holiday Season hits. Join Radha and Benjamin, for a peaceful day of mindfulness meditation instruction, guided practice, gentle yoga, group discussion, and a delightful VEGAN potluck lunch!

The workshop will consist of:

Breathing techniques to purify the respiratory system, re-balance blood oxygen levels.
Asanas (physical postures) to release digestive toxins, improve lymphatic function, and remove build up from the digestive tract.
A guided relaxation to help the body recalibrate and absorb it’s refreshed state.
Discussion and lecture about yoga philosophy practice and diet.
Chant and sing your heart out experiencing

You will have a whole break from your daily routine. Your body, mind and spirit will be able to let go and take in a relaxing atmosphere. Your spirit will start to shine, feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. As a result to practice yoga, meditation, enjoy healthy food, detox and more you will experience a deeper level of satisfaction and harmony. Your will get to know some lovely people and should return home feeling as though you have been on holiday. It is a perfect time to reflect and heal.

ONE DAY YOGA IMMERSION RETREAT will be held in the beautiful Castle Beach on Miami Beach, it is appropriate for all levels, however, some yoga experience is required. For anyone who has not attended in the past, this one day, retreats have showed to be definitely pleasant, both for us organizing them and for the participants. We really do try to make the retreats affordable to as many people as possible.

Benjamin received his 200hr certification from the Dharma Yoga Center, in 2003 and 500hr in 2007, in NY where he was an assistant to Sri Dharma Mittra and the Dharma Yoga Center.
Radha is a professional dancer and yoga instructor from Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. She recently completed her 500hr certification with Sri Dharma Mittra.
