"Peace: Let It Begin with Me." With Dr. Carol Cole
Updated to explore how the current astrological alignments support healing and peace
We cannot create peace in our communities until and unless we create peace within ourselves. This class is a practice of personal responsibility in peacemaking which will prepare you to create peace in your outer world. Carol guides you to uncover where and how you block peace and then gives many practical and powerful ways to experience peace within and around yourself. The class is participatory and uses music, movement and mirth to explore the Peace within.
Course Description:
What is peace to you? When, where and how do you currently experience it?
What do you currently do to access a place of peace? What blocks or interferes with your peace? Why is personal peace essential for peace in the world? What are the concepts that help to expand our consciousness of peace? What tools can we use to dissolve blocks so peace can flow?

ABOUT Dr. Carol R. Cole:
Carol Cole PhD, LMFT is a PsychoSpiritual counselor who serves as a healing presence in the process of transforming change. PsychoSpiritual reflects the perspective of the interplay of the psychological with the broader essence of the spiritual. Carol works with people to integrate what they know into who they are and how they show up in the world.
For over 20 years Carol has been developing a unique holistic perspective. She has earned a B.A. in Speech and Drama, a M.A. in Communications and a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy, or as she more accurately calls it, Relationship Counseling. She has used her "everything is connected to everything" perspective as she taught and counseled at Parker Chiropractic College in Dallas, TX. She has worked in association with the Environmental Health Center in Dallas, TX since 1989, both counseling clients with chronic illnesses and working with Debby Singleton, a preeminent teacher of total health, and founder of the Arasini Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to healing. She is a contributing writer to the website www.ahealingplace.org. In her office at A Healing Place in Richardson, TX, she multitasks as a counselor, a member of an energy balancing team and as a mentor for change.
As an avocation, Carol has been an avid supporter of Public Television assisting the local PBS stations as on-air talent and interviewer for their pledge drives and hosting several "Love and Logic" programs used in the national pledge drives.
