Course Information

This class is designed to provide the real estate professional with a detailed understanding of how to maximize the current incentives and guidelines on FHA financing with HUD REOs.  In promotion of homeownership, HUD and FHA have allowed for special incentives, lowered down payment requirements and provided special underwriting guidance for buyers purchasing HUD REOs with FHA 203b and 203K financing.  This class will cover all the “dos and don’ts” and will address several of the current misnomers regarding repair escrow, appraisal requirements, and the current hot topic of “over bidding”.  You will be provided with detailed overview of 203b and the often intimidating 203K financing and how to best guide your buyer through the HUD sales process.  In today’s credit market,  understanding FHA is the key to increasing your pool of eligible buyers and ultimately becoming an expert at successfully selling HUD!
