Event Details

In this webinar, Dr Wilfried Hoffmann will review the modeling, optimization and scale-up of reactions that use solid particles as a starting material or base.

A Williamson Synthesis with solid K2CO3 is shown and two methods are presented to account for the dissociation of the salt.  A model for the dissolution and dissociation of salts in the presence of common ions is also presented together with important lab experimentation and scale-up considerations.

Event audio will be available via your computer speakers and headset.
