SEMM Clinic prepares the patroller for the Senior Evaluation

Please complete the registration process answering all of the questions.

Pay Pal is our SECURE payment gateway.  We NEVER see your credit card information.

Make sure to print the receipt and bring it with you.
When you receive your CONFIRMATION EMAIL, you will see a "PRINT TICKET" .
Make sure your printer is turned on and click on print ticket.
You will print out two sheets. First one is your ticket, the second is your confirmation.

IMPORTANT !

All SEMM candidates must register for an EPA SEMM CLINIC prior to an evaluation.

Sign up for one clinic only, and one evaluation only.

Candidate Limit:  18 max. per clinic and evaluation.

Directions:

All SEMM candidates must complete their “check off” sheets and practice scenario problems prior to attending the evaluation.
EPA region policy: You must have patrolled for one full season prior to evaluation.
Once registration is received and verified, SEMM packet will be E-Mailed to candidate.
Verification from Patrol Director must be E-Mailed to contact person.

Printing your ticket information:

Once you have completed this registration, you will receive a CONFIRMATION email.
