The color comes to life in the forests that surround and border the rugged Potomac River in Great Falls National Park in late October and early November. We will have the chance to shoot dramatic river scenes in autumn color, Mather Gorge, waterfalls, reflections, pristine woods and daredevil kayakers on this exciting autumn workshop.

We will shoot at Great Falls Park, Difficult Run, Scotts Run and Prince William Forest Park. Autumn color will be at peak and we will fill our view finders with grand landscape all the way down to intimate macro images. I will also focus heavily on alternative techniques for creating stunning abstract images!
