Join us to hear Jennifer Krell, Fairfax County Public Schools Technology Specialist, discuss ways our kids use the internet, and how, as parents and other significant adults, we can help protect them. Ms. Krell has become one of the leaders in Internet Safety education for parents in the area. She was featured on NBC4 news in February of 2006 and again on the CBS Evening News in August, 2006. She is a graduate of Michigan State University and The George Washington University. Ms. Krell worked for 11 years as a middle school science teacher and for the last 7 years helping teachers integrate technology into their instruction. When: Tuesday, January 30, 2007 from 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm Where: McLean Presbyterian Church, 1020 Balls Hill Road, McLean, VA There is no fee for this event. So we can plan properly, please register.
