This class helps demystify Chinese noodles. Starting with the classic Won Ton Noodle soup stuffed with shrimp and pork. Next will be chow mein with fresh stir fried vegetables. Our discussion would not be complete with Beef Chow Fun. Lastly a visit to Northern China with the famous Dan Dan Mein with a luscious peanut sauce. Bring your chopsticks! Cost is $75.
