Demonstration with Chef Randy Tozzi and Butcher Steve Kotuba
Wednesday, December 5, 6 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
This is the time of year to showcase your center-plate culinary skills! Watch and learn as Steve shows you which cuts of meat to order and Randy skillfully prepares several of the season’s most awe-inspiring roasts, including
Roasted Beef Tenderloin, Standing Rib Roast, Crown Roast of Pork and Roasted Lamb Rack. Dine on some of each and try to choose a favorite to prepare at home. $45
If you prefer to pay with cash or gift cards, please visit the Cooking School upstairs at the Robinson Market District. The Cooking School staff will confirm if seats are available for this class, and you will pay at the registers. After you have paid, bring your receipt back to the Cooking School immediately to reserve your seat in the class.

Created to share food knowledge, trends, tips and techniques, our cooking school is a place where cooks of all levels can go to explore new food ideas. Our roomy kitchen, located on the second floor, permits students to both observe and practice hands-on cooking skills, learning how to make everything from teriyaki and tarts to pasta and pupusas.
Run by Chef Keira Hightower, the school offers a wide range of classes taught by Market District chefs, guest chefs and cookbook authors, and nutritionists. The school’s state-of-the-art facilities allow up to 18 students to watch demonstration classes and up to 12 to participate in hands-on courses.
