Course Description
The purpose of this course is to help participants identify and eliminate potentially hazardous conditions in their environment, recognize emergencies and make appropriate decisions for first aid care. It teaches skills that participants need to know in order to provide immediate care of a suddenly ill or injured person until more advanced medical care arrives.
Course Length: Approximately 4 hours
Fee: $50 (you may pay on-line or make payment at URecFit's Operations/Business Office, 4th Floor, SMC Campus Center)
Card Type: 2 year course completion card upon successful completion of course
Written/Skills Exam: Required for completion card
