Join us on Friday, October 5th, 2012 as Dennis Peacocke of Strategic Christian Services speaks to us. In his talk, “On the Destiny of Nations,” Dennis will consider a role that Christians can have in these times:

Financial crises in the world bring about major financial re-structuring and significant geo-political re-evaluations of strategic alliances. These challenges will continue to define significant portions of all our lives for the next decade and beyond. Christians will need to practice social relevance far beyond most Christian efforts of the past century, in order for the message of the gospel to be taken seriously by the world. Christians have the opportunity to demonstrate Christianity’s practical use for both individuals and nations here in this present age—not just in eternity.

Dennis Peacocke is often described as one of the most genuine and compelling communicators of our day and has carried a concern for social justice for over 35 years. In his college days, this concern was expressed through his involvement in the civil rights and free speech movements. He graduated from Berkeley in political science at the height of the turbulent 60’s.

Since his conversion in 1968, Dennis has gained international respect as a strategist and communicator due to his unique way of applying Biblical solutions to the many challenging issues facing families, churches, business, and government. A former business owner, Dennis is the founder and president of Strategic Christian Services, a Christian leadership organization dedicated to demonstrating the relevance of Christianity to every area of contemporary life.

Dennis Peacocke is the president and founder of Kingdom Ministries International, a relationally-based spiritual family of churches and ministries within the body of Christ worldwide. As an apostolic leader, he is currently networking with many denominations and organizations all over the world to help see the church begin to effectively serve and impact the nations.

He has authored three books which have been reprinted: Winning the Battle for the Minds of Men, published in 1987, Doing Business God’s Way, published in 1994 and 2003, and The Emperor Has No Clothes: Commentaries by Dennis Peacocke, published in 2003. He has also recorded numerous audio and video presentations. Dennis and his wife Jan reside in Santa Rosa, California. They have three adult children and 11 grandchildren.

Institute on the Constitution

Institute on the Constitution is an educational effort sponsored by the Law Office of Peroutka and Peroutka in Pasadena, Maryland. Our desire is to help individuals across America understand and appreciate their own history and heritage by reacquainting them with the worldview and vision of our Founding Fathers.

We believe that by understanding the way in which the framers of our Constitutional Republic viewed their relationship to God, to other sovereign states, to their families and to each other, we can gain valuable and practical insight into the foundational principles of America.

We encourage all individuals, families, churches, legislatures, civic and other organizations to familiarize themselves with our Constitutional heritage. Armed with the vision of the Founders, we can take an active role in the restoration of our Constitutional Republic.

For more information, visit us at TheAmericanView.com or call us at 866-730-9796.
