The New Blend: Synchronous and Asynchronous Virtual Learning
The Motor Vehicle Sales Authority of British Columbia (MVSABC) had a problem: every new vehicle salesperson in the province needed to complete a compliance exam within 45 days of submitting a licensing application. The highly interactive two-day classroom program could not be offered to remote learners in a cost-effective way and meet this business rule. Learn more about how the MVSABC successfully repurposed the salesperson certification program for delivery in the virtual classroom, achieving a 100% pass rate on the compliance exam while reducing licensee travel, time, and expense. Take away ideas for blending asynchronous tools (such as podcasts and blogging) and synchronous tools (like Adobe Connect Pro) to create dynamic, effective learning programs.
