Linda Criddle - the author of "Look Both Ways".  First and foremost, Linda Criddle is a mother of four.  She has worked for Microsoft as Senior Product Manager for Child Safety, where she has identified emering risks to children on the Internet and developes solutions for users and technologies. 

She has written more than 30 patents.  She is an internationally recognized speaker and advisor on child  and Internet Safety.
