Baltimore's 1st LEED CI Gold Certified Project
'Green' Commercial Interiors are amongst the fastest growing projects.
Spend an evening enjoying appetizers, drinks and guided office tours followed by a panel discussion addressing lessons learned and design strategies employed to achieve a LEED CI Gold certified office on a limited budget. Some of the unique features include a heat recovery unit as part of the HVAC system that substantially reduces energy consumption, studio furniture designed for reuse and reconfiguration in new office space, and the innovative installation of surplus carpet tiles. Panelists, including the architect and owner/contractor, will touch on adaptive use, product selection ,documented benefits and cost savings, and howthe project impacted their projects going forward.
