The adventurous vocalist Andrea Wolper happily mixes genres and crosses musical boundaries. She is equally at home with the Great American Songbook and spontaneous improvisation. Her original songs, as well as her unusual arrangements of standards and music from a variety of genres and sources, reveal a dynamic, singular musical sensibility. With guitarist Dave MacNab and bassist Ken Filiano, Wolper performs material from her widely-praised CD "Parallel Lives" (Jazzed Media), which was included in multiple end-of-year best lists.
