Event: Flag Football with the Casa Kids!

Who:  Amigo Musgrove brings his speedy squad to share passing plays and defensive skills on the campus gridiron. 

What:  Flag Football is fast and fun.  Some stretching, some warm-ups, some drills and soon everyone is ready to lineup and compete cottage vs. cottage.  Bring your spikes and your pom poms and don’t be late, you might miss out on the push ups!

When: Sept 16  10:30 to 12:30
