Although the way HUD has managed it's REO for the last 10 years has been -- generally-speaking -- the exact same, big changes are in store for HUD REO as we prepare to move into the newest HUD Management Phase in 2010! 

HUD has changed the way it utilizes private companies to manage and market its inventory, and this new CE Credit course will fully explain to students the current process and dynamics of HUD REO Management, the changes HUD has announced for how REO will be handled in 2010, and the "Ways, Whys, and How's" agents will be able to get involved in HUD REO in light of these new changes.

You currently search for HUD properties via the website of the prime management company HUD contracted for that state... under the new management phase,
this will not be the case!

This course is designed to provide agents a larger-scale understanding of how the HUD Sales Process is operated under private contracting-- and most importantly -- the big changes to how this process is being run by HUD, and the subsequent opportunity and considerations that will be available to agents. The course discussion will not revolve around "How to Sell" a HUD home in any state, nor will it be a speculation of which specific companies did/will/could win the HUD contracts! HUD hasn't announced this info yet, but we will be sure to send updates to all attendees as soon as we hear ourselves! Again, whether or not the companies change is irrelevant... HUD has announced the WAY HUD REO will be managed and marketed will change when M&M III starts in 2010!

Please note this course is being taught by Alysia Hutchison, who has significant knowledge related to the topic at hand. This course is not, however, being offered on behalf of or in affiliation with any current HUD M&M Contractor.

Refunds/Cancellations/Waitlists Policies:

If you register for a class and wish to cancel that reservation, we will refund your ticket price if you process your cancellation at least 72 hours prior to the seminar start time. No-shows or cancellations less than 72 hours in advance are not entitled to a refund.

To cancel a reservation:  login to Eventbrite and cancel your own registration status, OR, send an email to info@marketspire.net from the email address which you used to register.  The subject of the email should be "CANCELLATION (seminar date)."  Please include your name, contact information, order number, and the date of the class you originally registered for.  You cannot cancel multiple persons reservations from a single email... the cancellation notice email must be sent from the email address the person registered under. 

If you have a true emergency and would like to send someone else in your place, please notify MarketSpire of your authorization by emailing info@marketspire.net from the email you used to register with the name of the person who will be taking your place at least 2 hours before the presentation is set to start.  Please note this person will not be required to make payment onsite and will have a reserved seat.  It is this person, however, not you, who receives CE Credit for attendance.

Waitlists are not available for this class.  If the class is showing as full, you are encouraged to frequently check back to the site, as some registrants may cancel their reservations.  You may contact MarketSpire to hold a class at your office, or of course, you may also simply register for an alternate class:  all MarketSpire training classes are listed on www.marketspire.eventbrite.com

If you are unable, still, to register due to max-capacity, you may feel free to show up at any class location to see if seats are available on account of no-shows.
