Event Details

All preschoolers can be challenging at times, but what happens when your child or student consistently clashes with his peers and teachers? This class will offer parents, caregivers and preschool staff insight into the motivation behind a child’s behavior and provide strategies to reduce the frequency and intensity of behaviors that prevent your child from having a successful pre-kindergarten experience.

Children's Health Council

At Children's Health Council, we've been helping children and families for 60 years. Our Center, two schools and Community Clinic serve families in the Silicon Valley as well as the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Our areas of expertise include learning differences, anxiety and depression, ADHD and autism. We also provide excellent parent education services and parent consultations.

CHC has a rich history of serving our community’s kids and families. Founded in 1953 by one of Palo Alto’s first pediatricians, Dr. Esther B. Clark, CHC has remained steadfast in its mission to help children, teens and families find the best ways to learn, develop and thrive.
