Writing Workshop
When: Thursday, September 6th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Where: Beacon Falls Town Hall Assembly Room
Join local author Mary Donnarumma Sharnick to begin your own novel or memoir. By identifying your intended audience, deciding your purpose for composing, and exploring your most original voice in a selected action, you will leave this workshop with a scene in progress.
No previous experience is necessary!
The cost for the program and materials is $30 per person.
Mary Donnarumma Sharnick has been writing ever since the day she printed her long name on her first library card. A native of Connecticut, she graduated from Fairfield University with a degree in English, and earned a master’s degree in Renaissance studies from Trinity College, Hartford. Mary teaches writing and chairs the English Department at Chase Collegiate School, Waterbury, Connecticut.
