Course Content: Lecture & Practice Sessions:- Increasing Bio Magnetic energy through Light Gazing - Explanation & Practice, Initiation to Thuriyatheetham Meditation, Neutralization of Anger, Eradication of Worries, Who am I?, Silence - Explanation and Practice, Sin Imprints and Ways to remove them and Exercise Correction.
Eligibility: Aspirants who have completed Introspection I or above before the date of the course.
