What is it? - An interactive, learn-by-doing running workshop focusing on the way we run & how to improve running quantity & quality.
Who is it for? - Anyone who wants to make their running experience better in every aspect. Our workshops cater for all runners, ranging from beginners, to those making their return, to the seasoned campaigner looking for a boost in performance.
What you will get out of it? - 3 hours with Dave Robbo (Physio) & Silas Moss (Exercise Scientist), two Health Professionals with a running obsession.
Robbo is just back from his 'Naked World Tour' where he met some of the leading figures in the natural running movement. Also holding an International Naked Running seminar & completing a marathon barefoot!
The session will cover:
1. The practical aspects of running 'SOFT' and why it forms a fundamental part of running better.
2. Preparing & maintaining your body for a lifetime of running - includes how to deal with & avoid injuries.
3. Footwear/gear solutions for optimal performance.
4. The Naked Runners guide to putting more fun in your run.
