What Is It?
A group-coaching program with Diane Wilson based on Diane’s critically acclaimed book, Back in Control: How to Stay Sane, Productive, and Inspired in Your Career Transition (Sentient Publications, 2004). 

This group coaching program will feature brief lectures on how to deal with the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of transition, group discussion, and out-of-session assignments to leverage your insights into powerful, practical actions in your life.

Program Provides:

• A chance to talk honestly about your goals and to work on a team with similar objectives.
• An opportunity to learn about key pitfalls people face in transition and how to deal with them.
• A forum to learn and practice skills to reduce stress, pinpoint your strengths, and move forward on the changes you really want to make.

Here's How It Works:

• The group meets on Wednesdays at 1pm ET/12pm CT/10am PT.
• Each coaching session is 60 minutes. 
• Particpants attend via conference call (participants are responsible for long-distance phone charges if incurred).
• Participants receive Diane's book Back in Control and the Back in Control Workbook.

October 7, 14, 21, 28

Cost*:
$65 Registration fee (This non-refundable fee includes all course materials)
$125 per month (To be paid at the beginning of each month)
*Once the class begins fees will not be reimbursed
