I would like to invite you to a two-day seminar for you and your
entire church leadership team (spouses are welcome). I am Pastor Jon
Cannon, of Victory Free Will Baptist Church in O’Fallon, Illinois and I
will be leading this Strengthening His Church Leadership Seminar. I am
looking forward to sharing some church leadership principles with your
key and potential leaders. If our churches are to be successful, then
it is imperative that we be diligent in training up leaders within our
ministry. Look around in your church; there are potential leaders
everywhere! Bring them with you!
At this seminar you will be challenged to develop leaders, create a vision for your church, develop your vision and mission statement, and do some strategic planning
for your church. Listed below are the five sessions I will be
addressing, along with information concerning the seminar. Register

Priorities Matter Ministries - Pastor Jon Cannon
Priorities Matter Ministies (PMM) was birthed in prayer and is led by Pastor Jon Cannon.
Our purpose is to first and foremost assist the local church in
fulfilling their God-given mission. We have a tremendous desire to
come along side the local church, pastors, and fellow Christ followers
to encourage, train, and equip them so they can "walk in God's favor!"
In 2 Samuel 7:29, King David went in and sat in the presence of the Lord. He then asked, "Now, please bless your servant's house so that it will continue before You forever." In short, David was asking for God's favor!
All
through God's Word, the Bible, there are examples of individuals where
God's favor would rest upon them. It's the purpose of PMM to assist,
equip, and train you in the areas which will allow the blessing (favor)
of God to flow in your life, family, secular career and/or ministry.
In order to "walk in God's" favor PMM focuses on four (4) areas of your life, which we call priorities:
Priority #1: Your relationship with Christ
Priority #2: Your relationship with your spouse
Priority #4: Your career and/or ministry
