Course Content: Purpose and Benefits of Introspection, Introspection techniques to Analyse your thoughts & Moralise your desires, Purpose and Philosophy of Life, The Greatness of Guru, Benefits of Blessings, Initiation to Panchendriya (5 sensory organs) Meditation, Initiation to Pancha Bootha Navagraha Meditation.
Eligibility: Beginner Aspirants who have been initiated until Thuriyam meditation before the date of the course. Coordinate with your master-in-charge to finish until thuriam before or on this date if you have completed Agna / Shanthi.
