Way back in March of this year, when Cause A Scene was still in its infancy after just 3 shows, we received an email asking if we'd be interesting in hosting Bill Mallonee for a house show this year. Y-E-S has never been typed faster on a keyboard in history. As one of Paste Magazine's "100 Greatest Living Songwriters", Mallonee is one of the most prolific songwriters of our era, first as the lead singer of Vigilantes of Love and now performing alongside his wife, keyboardist and vocalist, Muriah Rose. 

Years ago, a friend in Birmingham described Bill as the greatest songwriter he had ever heard. If he's not the best, he certainly deserves to be in the discussion as one of the greatest. It had been a dream of Cause A Scene's to see Bill perform live ever since hearing the friend wax poetic about his music, we just never knew it would be in our living room. Come to the show on the 4th and you'll see what all the fuss it about! 

The show also marks another milestone for Cause A Scene as opening band The Olive Tree becomes our very first international act (they're from London!) to take the stage in our living room. We're thrilled to have them playing with Bill!
