About Rita:
Rita Weiss, founder and President of Pinnacle Consulting Services, is an executive coach specializing in empowering business professionals to develop their leadership strengths, increase their influence and achieve their career goals. Through one-on-one and group coaching programs, Rita assists corporate executives, leaders and managers in implementing clearly defined strategies and action plans to advance their careers and accelerate their professional achievements and success.
Since founding her executive coaching practice in 1998, Rita has coached over 500 executives and business professionals, assisting them in fine-tuning their skills and reaching their goals more quickly and more easily than they could on their own. Her recent clients include American Express, Bayer Healthcare, Berkeley College, GlaxoSmithKline and Marriott International.
