Social media has been able to break down communication walls and give everyone a digital voice, but what really drives an online community? This class will take you through the planning and strategy process needed to architect and grow your own online community.
Attendees will walk away with an understanding of how to define an authentic brand voice and image within a community and how to carry out content planning, selection, segmentation, and distribution. The instructor will also share insights on the roles and responsibilities of community managers and brand ambassadors with tips on audience sourcing and engagement facilitation based on her work building Crunch Fitness's community activities program and architecting the social community structure and guidelines for the 85 Broads global network.
