Join Brian Blake and Charlotte Leggatt for a Managers Networking Session in Orkney. We will be providing two very different networking sessions over the course of lunchtime and Managers can opt for either. A networking lunch will be provided and this event is free of charge.

Brian will be dressing for the occasion to introduce Health and Social Care Managers to FISH; the motivational management philosophy brought to you direct from the fish market in Seattle, USA. So if you are feeling at a low ebb now the autumn nights are upon you and you feel the need to be inspired, come along and find out how. This session would be ideal for anyone managing people who needs to find fresh and new ideas for motivating them.

If, on the other hand, you feel you are trapped in the world of your own job and very rarely get the opportunity to look at the bigger picture, come along to Charlotte’s session on Big Picture Thinking. This session will consider the Government’s current thinking on healthcare, and will consider why we all need to be doing things differently. It will look at examples of collaborative working and creative thinking. This session would suit any Manager involved in change management particularly GP Practice Managers, Primary & Community Managers.
