This session would be ideal for anyone managing people who needs to find fresh and new ideas for motivating them.

If, on the other hand, you feel you are trapped in the world of your own job and very rarely get the opportunity to look at the bigger picture, come along to Charlotte’s session on Big Picture Thinking. This session will consider the Government’s current thinking on healthcare, and will consider why we all need to be doing things differently. It will look at examples of collaborative working and creative thinking. This session would suit any Manager involved in change management particularly GP Practice Managers, and Primary & Community Managers.
