This class will be a 90-minute workshop with presentation of material interspersed with group discussion and brief written exercises for participants to apply information to their lives.
We invite participants to visit Please and Thank You Coffee and Treats, downstairs from the NuLu Homeroom, before the class to purchase coffee or breakfast items.
