This class will help you focus on the simple things that can change the goal setting life for you or your company. You'll learn how things like the fear of success, the circles you keep, perfectionism, busy work, over thinking and lack of social accountability are large hurdles holding you back.

You'll learn how mini goals, mindsets, habits, less analysis, closing the circle and action triggers can help you tremendously. Most importantly, you'll learn that you can't trust your conscious brain to steer your ship.

Bassam Tarazi is the creator of a motivational framework (Colipera) which utilizes the notion: collective inspiration + personal accountability; Together, be better. Bassam is also the author of The Accountability Effect, a free e-book that has been downloaded over 5,000 times. Bassam conducts goal setting classes, corporate & group Colipera sessions and 1-on-1 coaching. 

Bassam has been to 43 countries, has worked as a nuclear engineer at Pearl Harbor, holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree and a Green MBA, is a LEED AP, a certified Carbon Reduction Manager and is currently the Director of Operations for Omnibuild, a multi-million dollar, NYC construction management firm. He is also a co-founder of the Brooklyn-based Nomading Film Festival, a film festival aimed at travelers who film their journeys.
