Dante Gonzales is chef and founder of Dante Fried Chicken aka DFC and the man behind the award-winning pop-up LA food truck, Ride or Fry. For one weekend only, DFC will be hosting his Jump ^Off^ food event at 18 Hewett Street, serving up his signature Transatlantic African Cuisine, with its Caribbean, Latin, and Asian influences.
Celebrating dishes from his forthcoming cookbook "Ride or Fry: The Dante Fried Chicken Experience", you'll be treated to the entire DFC menu for only £25 a head! If you came down to last summer's DFC Taco Shack you'll know what an awesome deal this is.
