Event Details

The DC office of the American Library Association has generously  volunteered to host another meeting of CopyNight. For a change of pace we'll focus on international copyright, with likely segues into recent Kindle kerfluffle and the controversy surrounding the unofficial sequel to Catcher in the Rye.

Our featured speakers are Carrie Russell of ALA and Sherwin Siy of Public Knowledge.

Please RSVP so ALA knows how many people to expect and how much food to order.

Note about the ALA office:
Since it's after 5, the outer door to the building will be locked. We'll have someone watching the door until 6:45 PM and after that you can call 202.628.8410 to be let inside (this number will also be posted on the door).

Email Joseph Price at dc@copynight.org with any questions.
