The Welcome offers a fiercely intimate view of life after war: the fear, anger and isolation of post-traumatic stress that affects vets and family members alike. As we join these vets in a small room for an unusual five-day healing retreat, we witness how the ruins of war can be transformed into the beauty of poetry.
There will be a complimentary Happy Hour sponsored by Barefoot Wine and Bubbly following the screening.
Parking: limited parking available underneath library. Park alongside boulevard and up School Road. Additional parking behind old center. NO festival parking in Pinetree Circle during business hours please.
NOTE: All pass and ticket holders will be admitted 30 minutes prior to showtime. Tickets will be available at the door, and there may be tickets available to a waiting list. Seats will be released to the waiting list line 10 minutes prior to showtime.
