Each week, The International Culinary Center hosts its newest recreational classes, a Food and Wine Pairing Series composed of wine tasting seminars and tutored pairing dinners. During the month of August, we highlight wines from Sonoma County.
August 6: Russian River Terroir
With special guest John Schultz of Dutton-Goldfield
Explore a range of bottles in a lecture led by Certified Sommelier Laurie Lindrup and Dutton-Goldfield's John Schultz. Afterward, proceed to The International Culinary Center's private dining room—the Monte Bello. You'll enjoy a three-course wine pairing dinner, prepared by our students, and Laurie and Dan will be on hand to discuss each of their handpicked wine selections
Enjoy the winery’s mainstay: crisp, well-structured, Burgundian style wines. Dutton-Goldfield’s wines are reflective of the region’s revered terroir and the winemaker’s dedication and passion for creating truly excellent wines.
