Be the first to taste Machir Bay from Kilchoman Distillery this Friday!
Join me as we welcome our good friend Ed Kohl, importer of Kilchoman Islay Single Malt Scotch to Vine & Table to launch the distilleries newest whisky, Machir Bay.
The tiny Kilchoman (Kill-O-man) opened in 2005 and is Islay’s newest distillery in 124 years. John Mclellan and his team are without a doubt making some of the best whisky in Scotland right now. If you like, salt, brine, peat smoke and tar then you must try these whiskies. We will taste their full line up.
