Fresh off being named one of Paste Magazine's 12 Tennessee Bands You Should Listen to Now (they claimed the #1 spot on that list) and opening for The Lumineers at Memphis' famed Hi-Tone Cafe, Star & Micey bring their brand of folksy pop rock to Music City for what is sure to be one of the more raucous, entertaining shows that Cause A Scene has put on this year. Often compared to legends like Big Star and The Avett Brothers, Star & Micey are poised to break out in a major way with their debut album coming soon. With guest appearances from artists who have recorded with the likes of The Black Crowes, North Mississippi Allstars, Lucero and Cat Power, it is only a matter of time before Tennessee's #1 Band to See Now becomes one of our finest exports. On July 20th, you'll have a chance to see them in a rare, intimate house show setting with the incomporable Carolina Story opening the night. We had the pleasure of hosting Carolina Story back in April and are elated to have them back for an encore performance. 

Tickets for the show will be $7 for Advance RSVPs and $10 at the door for people who have not RSVPed. You can RSVP by "buying" a ticket here or by emailing us at shows@causeascenemusic.com and specifying how many tickets you would like to purchase. 

The house show will be in Middle Tennessee and the exact location will be emailed to everyone who RSVPs by Thursday, July 19.
