Learn how to turn your blog, online calendar, twitter, social bookmarks and more into an awesome app for students to use on their iPad or SmartPhone.  Your will be the one stop spot for your students to find relevant information about your subject.  Did you know you can use social bookmarks to curate information from the web into a nice clean app for your students?  You can provide useful resources by using social bookmarks.  Integrate a video channel into your app and have your students make awesome videos they upload to your video service of choice and can quickly and easily show off to their parents and friends.  Create a twitter community portal using your twitter account and custom #hashtag.  If you are discussing a topic in class, you can continue the discussion at home. Make it mobile by creating a #hashtag and having the students comment about it at home in real time.  You can do all this and more with out having to create or use code.  There are many services for creating apps like this. We will look at one of these services in this workshop.
