Monthly Member Meeting

Freelancers Union’s work has always been by and for freelancers – so come get on the inside track. Join us at our informal Monthly Member Meeting to work with other members on building community, sharing the freelance life, and shaping our grassroots movement.

At each gathering, members have the opportunity to network over pizza, share their experiences and advice, support each other in crafting solutions to shared challenges, and become involved in different initiatives. Members’ projects have ranged from helping plan an event to organizing a public education campaign. If you’re looking for a sense of freelancer community, the Monthly Member Meeting is the perfect place for you to find it.

This month, member Stephanie Grieg will lead a discussion on Filling in the Gaps: How Freelancers Naturally Help One Another. Whatever the field, however long we've been at it, whether we're freelance by circumstance or by choice, we all have an identifiable set of skills needed to work successfully. For each of us, some come more naturally than others. Discover others' creative solutions to managing workflow, client communications, generating new business, and more!

Directions to our office will be emailed the day before the meeting.
