A boat trip along the Edinburgh Canal with Edinburgh Gin.
As the sun sets we will sail from Edinburgh Quay at Fountainbridge for three hours whilst we sampling gin-based cocktails created by Edinburgh Gin.
Edinburgh Gin is a local company making distintive gin. Carefully selected, soft Scottish botanicals are mixed with heather and milk thistle to create Original Edinburgh Gin, Perthshire Raspberry Infused Edinburgh Gin and the newly launched Elderflower Edinburgh Gin.
They are the perfect base spirit for a number of cocktails which we will enjoy whilst we sail along the riverbank.
