Talk 1 - Archrival
The first talk in the Women Take on Design series is by Archrival. Archrival is a unique collaborative design organisation founded in 2011 by architects Claire McCaughan and Lucy Humphrey.
Archrival's playful, small scale public installations will soon be showcased in the international arena at this year's Venice Architecture Biennale. Claire and Lucy will give us a sneak peak at their collaboration for the international festival and an insight into their approach to design and collaboration.
Archrival is driven by the creation of interdisciplinary alliances and challenges our assumptions about the traditional rivalry between art and architecture.
