This webinar is designed to help viewers understand the very basics of the workings of a Short Sale listing. Viewers will also learn what disclosures are required for listing a short sale property. The foreclosure process varies from state to state—viewers will learn the basics of what that process is in their state, so that they can be prepared for what might come with listing a short sale: foreclosure, deed-in-lieu, or a variety of other road blocks that might occur between listing and closing on a short sale property.
