Are you angry about being Angry?  Who’s in charge?  You or your anger?  Come learn constructive ways to express your anger!

This class is a great way to assist people in understanding where their anger comes from, what triggers it, and most importantly what to do with it.  Participants will leave with easy to use anger management skills, knowledge, awareness of emotions and behaviors contributing to anger, and realistic goals.  Take control of your anger, and stop letting your anger control you!
