Description
An introduction to using Papers reference management software.
Papers is a user-friendly application for building and using personal collections of scientific literature based on an iTunes-like model. It was originally developed for Mac and synchronises with iPad/iPhone, but a Windows version has recently been released. Papers facilitates cataloguing and reading PDFs and other documents, management of sub-collections and annotation of PDFs, and searching of major literature databases. It also enables bibliography generation in manuscripts similar to EndNote, and off-campus access to full-text journals. This talk will demonstrate the main capabilities of Papers and provide hints on how to configure and use the application.
