Forget the vegetables, MYPN is skipping straight to dessert for our July Power Lunch Join us for a dessert-filled stroll in downtown Manchester as we visit Planet Marshmallow and Finesse Bakery to learn about the ins-and-outs of the dessert business, how our favorite confections are made, and sample some of the delicious confections as well (and you can purchase extras to-go too!). Plus, as always, we'll have time for networking with the other young professionals who attend.

So popular, in fact, that Planet Marshmallow marshmallows were included in gift bags for the Sports Emmy Awards Night in New York City. Planet Marshmallow fulfills owner, Heather Cox’s lifelong dream of starting her own food-centric business. Loving to cook the way she does, the opportunity to create something unique and fun was just too irresistible. After one short year Planet Marshmallow has grown from a small, home kitchen operation into a new storefront and cafe on downtown Manchester’s bustling Hanover Street in the heart of the theater district.
