This unique unconference is structured
to kick-start actionable innovation with professionals from across a
diverse set of industry sectors. Program themes are divided into three
categories: People, Ideas and Execution.

will provide global innovation imperative insights to set the stage
for this inaugural event. Three new books research on 'Innovation'
and 'Enterprise 2.0' and the impact of customer and employee
engagement practices will form a cornerstone for this event.

Learning Technique: "Audience
Idea Factory + Polling" -- Taking suggestions and polling from
the audience
9:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Innovator's Hive Playbook: What are your innovation challenges?
Learning Technique: Participants will
be provided with an innovation playbook which will offer a useful
action plan to record all aspects of this unique learning experience.
Example of playbook content will include: Helix innovation frameworks
and best practices; series of guided reflection questions; inspirational
areas to record personal unconference conversations; and learning insights.
Event presentation materials will also be integrated into the Innovation
HIVE playbook. Pre-event Twitter feeds and post-event
conversations will also be setup for sustaining Playbook community interaction.
9:30AM - 10:30AM: Innovation Imperative: Developing Global Skills for Business Advantage

take to be Innovative?: CIOs Business Leadership Imperative
Learning Technique: "Panelist
Fishbowl" -- An expert panelist group, located at the center of
the floor, discusses the topic together. An empty panelist chair is
available for members of the audience to join the conversation. As the
conversation shifts, different audience members join the fishbowl to
support the discussion. Audience members can also interact with the
panelists from the floor.

Coffee Klatch" -- Participants are grouped at separate tables based
on common interests. Topic experts lead the group in a self-organized
discussion of a given subject. Current themes include: Governance, People,
Process + Metrics, Education, Technology, Leadership, and Venture Clusters.

Learning Technique: "Participant
Fishbowl" -- Select participants, located at the center of the
floor, present an innovation challenge (and potential solutions) that
they have been dealing with at work. Experts develop and hone these
solutions, using their background and expertise. Audience members can
also interact with the panelists from the floor.
