Palm Springs, CA
Mark your calendars and start your engines! Due to the enormous response to the last event, we have a larger venue with more seating and shade. (update as of 10/6/2012 - With the price of fuel sky rocketing we my not reach our goal of 50 trucks ,but rest assured we will have a good assortment)
Conceived and organized by PBS television host Cliff Young aka the “Minister of Culinary Awareness”, who say’s “This is not your typical food truck festival; this event will offer cutting-edge culinary flavors from chefs who want to take your palette on a journey you won't soon forget, you've got an unbelievable festival of haute cuisine you don’t want to miss".
This is a Family friendly event!
Tickets may be available the day of the event for $12.00

Cliff Young (a.k.a. "The Minister of Culinary Awareness") relishes his 35+ years of experience in the restaurant industry, from humble beginnings as a dishwasher in a truck stop, to designing and building his own award-winning coffee houses in Southern California.
Cliff now has many titles besides that of a restaurateur he is now a: TV personality, public speaker, writer, world traveler, gourmand, award -winning coffee roaster/aficionado, and a proud father of two teenage daughters.
This infamously quirky, witty host has become anything but pedestrian, as he continues to search out and introduce his devout viewers of the multi-award winning PBS Television channel series. Cliff encounters the passionate, the wild and the downright outrageous personalities and places that help define “what great food is all about”. Whether it is eating with a group of coffee workers in Guatemala, a world class winemaker in Napa, or cooking with some of the best chefs or one of his celebrity friends, Young refuses to yield to middle age and boring food and drink.
